Morrison Low was engaged at an early stage to provide technical and commercial oversight and expertise in the development of a regional landfill facility. This included a feasibility assessment and business case which assessed a range of ownership options.
Further, Morrison Low provided overall project management services and also managed the engagement of professional services and physical works contractors to design and construct the landfill. Alongside this, Morrison Low also developed financial models and the governance and operational structures and associated agreements for the joint facility.
